Meet Buck…	DURANGO, Colo. - Chapter 90 of La Plata County’s Land Use Code, which outlines the County’s regulations regarding the development of oil and natural gas resources in La Plata County, has been revised since the La Plata County Planning Commission meeting held Aug. 7, 2008. The revised draft will be presented to the Planning Commission for their consideration Aug. 14 at 6 p.m. in the Anasazi Room at the County Courthouse, 1060 E 2^nd Avenue, Durango. The proposed amendments to Chapter 90 are available on La Plata County’s web site at http://co.laplata.co.us.
