After nearly 50 years, Pilobolus Dance Theatre remains a major American dance company of international influence. Pilobolus, with its unique vision of modern dance, stretches the boundaries of human movement with a dazzling mix of humor, intelligence, physical invention and raw athleticism. The troupe’s collaborative choreographic process and unique weight-sharing approach to partnering gives the company a non-traditional powerful set of skills from which to create “dance.” Pilobolus brings a new show, “Come to Your Senses,” that combines dance, video and theater to create a journey through diverse worlds.
