After handing off the baton two years ago, Alison Dance reopened the doors of Cyprus Cafe early this summer, as a new business — Dandelion Cafe. Covid financially forced a shutdown of Cyprus earlier this spring and Alison is bringing back her locally-loved Mediterranean menu to our town. Alison has the same focus on the local community, using local foods and ingredients from our local farms, and ranchers, and serving you with our local beverages.
Dandelion Café offers both, indoor and the unique outdoor dining experience you’ve grown to love at this location while practicing safe Covid procedures, including limiting the number of tables and growing the space between them.
Alison hopes to bring the same charm to Dandelion Cafe as she did to Cyprus with live, nightly music and a lovely outdoor gathering place for the community.
