“The Historic Nugget Mountain Bar is located a just a half mile south Purgatory Ski Resort. Enjoying The Nugget will feel like a walk back in time to an old miner’s cabin. From the exterior, the rustic log cabin looks like the setting of a Jack London novel. The lawn area is enclosed by old railroad ties, complete with gas firepits, cornhole and giant Jenga. A large deck area blankets the front of the old D-Log cabin, perfect spot for an elevated view of the surrounding peaks and listening to live music.”
