FLC Environmental Center to hold Sustainability Summit on March 21

DURANGO, CO — The Fort Lewis College (FLC) Environmental Center is holding its 4th Annual Sustainability Summit on Tuesday, March 21 from 4:30 – 7:30 p.m. The Summit, which is free and open to everyone, will be held in the Student Union Vallecito Room.

The theme of this year’s Summit is “Power Up: How to Influence Power Structures to Create a More Sustainable World.”

“The event will include sustainability literacy programming, updates and information about current FLC sustainability initiatives, and empowering workshops that will train participants in tangible ways to affect power structures and create the change they wish to see in the world,” explains Marty Pool, assistant coordinator of the Environmental Center.
