* WHAT…Moderate snow at times. Additional snow accumulations of
3 to 5 inches.
* WHERE…Animas River Basin and San Juan River Basin.
* WHEN…Until 5 PM MST this afternoon.
* IMPACTS…Travel will difficult at times with icy to snow packed
roads impacting the morning or evening commute. A detailed map
