Locally owned and operated by the Redding Family. We opened our doors April 1, 1999. Over the past ten years, we have perfected our unique process for preparing our chicken that our customers return again and again to enjoy.
Our process begins with fresh, top quality chicken, a marinating process that gives our chicken flavor inside and out, and then deep frying under pressure that seals in the the foods’ natural juices and flavors. This results in very little oil being absorbed into the food, so our chicken is crispy on the outside, and moist and delicious on the inside ~ along with being healthier than fried chicken.
