Sow’s Ear Dinner & Libations

The Sow’s Ear Restaurant, established in 1986, is located in the Silverpick Lodge just one mile south of Durango Mountain Resort.  Nestled between the Hermosa Cliffs and the stunning San Juan mountains, the Sow’s Ear is the longest running restaurant in the area with one of the prettiest dining rooms imaginable.  While we’ve continued the tradition of “Best Steaks on the Mountain”, owner/chef George Mehaffie has brought a more contemporary and seasonal feel to the menu.  Our talented chefs also continue to offer popular small plates and new light fare, in addition to homemade bread, soups, and desserts.
