17th Annual Apple Days Festival

DESCRIPTION
Join the Good Food Collective for the 17th Annual Apple Days Festival brought to you by EsoTerra Ciderworks. The festival celebrates our region’s apple abundance, helps feed our community, reduces waste, and saves the bears!

We invite you to join us for daily community harvests from September 20-October 9 and then on Saturday, October 11, from 9 am-12 pm at the Durango Farmers Market where you can press apples into fresh local cider, eat tasty treats, participate in the apple pie-eating contest, live music from the Mojo Birds, and enjoy a variety of family-friendly activities. Freshly pressed, local cider will be available for a suggested donation. All proceeds support Apple Days and The Good Food Collective’s Food Security Efforts.

Help Pick Apples for Apple Days Festival

DESCRIPTION
The Good Food Collective is on a mission to pick thousands of pounds of apples for the October 11th Apple Days Festival, and we’d love your help! Come shake trees and eat fruit with us, and bring your friends too! The more, the merrier.

There are many free fruit harvest events in the Durango area over the next four weeks. Sign up for the dates that interest you, and we’ll follow up with details about what to bring, and the event location. Go to website to sign up for a spot!
