Inaugural Showcase of the Arts- September 10-19th
The first ever, 11 day event showcasing artists of all forms will be held throughout the community September 10th-19th. Durango Arts Center, presenter of The Showcase is introducing an annual opportunity for artist to exhibit their art work. The Showcase is for professional artists as well as the amateur, part time collector, passionist, enthusiast, and hobbyist.
The Showcase of the Arts is just a marketing umbrella designed to organize and promote the event in its entirety. Meaning, the Showcase will be at venues everywhere in Durango; galleries, lobby areas, restaurants, museums, studios, banks, public spaces, theaters, stores, salons, bars and shops.
