Library Kicks off Cycling Film Series with “Bicycle Dreams”


Durango, CO: In honor of being the host city for the overall start of the 2012 USA Pro Cycling Challenge, the Durango Public will be screening the documentary “Bicycle Dreams” on Monday, June 4 at 6:00 p.m. “Bicycle Dreams” is the true story of the Race Across America, a 3,000-mile, ten-day bicycle race across deserts, mountain ranges, and the open road. “Bicycle Dreams” has won over 15 major awards, including Best Documentary at various film festivals, including Las Vegas, Yosemite, Solstice, and Grand Rapids.
