Meet Deven Meininger of The Durango Team

Deven is very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about Durango and La Plata County real estate and, as your Broker, you’ll experience honest communication, integrity and respect, and years of marketing experience. Deven understands that buying and/or selling a home can be one of the most important and exciting decisions you’ll make. She will spend time at the beginning of the process to thoroughly understand your needs and wishes and will work diligently on your behalf to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction and help you achieve your real estate goals. She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Corporate Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations from Santa Clara University in California and Master’s Degree from the University of Arizona. She has worked in marketing for a variety of local and national businesses; most recently for two successful teams at The Wells Group where she confirmed her passion for real estate and went on to become a licensed Broker. Deven and her husband, Jason, set their sights set on living in Durango shortly after they were married, knowing they wanted to raise their family in this wonderful mountain community. They enjoy camping, hiking, rafting, fishing, skiing, and spending time with friends. Deven is active in the running community and serves on the board of Durango Running Club and the Durango Double. She is also a parent volunteer at Needham Elementary.
