Guided by our team, you will learn charcuterie techniques, flavor balancing, seasonal pairings, and how to design a board that steals the show at any celebration. You will head home with a stunning board ready for your NYE gathering, plus tips you can use all year long.

The Powerhouse is thrilled to announce that they will be hosting their annual Noon Year’s Eve Celebration on December 31st from 9am-2pm. Bring the whole family to the exhibit gallery for New Year’s Eve activities running all day, and a balloon drop at 12:00pm on the dot! All activities are included in Powerhouse admission.
