Taj Mahal cancels March tour, including Community Concert Hall date

Patrons holding concert tickets will receive full refund or exchange

DURANGO, Colo. – Due to an unforeseen family scheduling conflict, Taj Mahal has canceled his upcoming performance at the Community Concert Hall at Fort Lewis College, originally set for March 19, 2015.

Taj Mahal’s representatives note that the legendary guitarist hopes to make it back to Durango in the near future and make up the date, and he thanks everyone for their support and understanding.

The Community Concert Hall will contact those patrons already holding tickets offering full refund of “A Special Solo Evening with TAJ MAHAL,” or exchange for tickets to another Concert Hall produced show. For further information, call the Ticket Office at 970.247.7657, or visit the office in person inside the Durango Welcome Center at 8th St. and Main Ave., Downtown Durango. Ticket Office hours are Monday – Friday, 10 a.m.-6 p.m., and Saturdays, 10 a.m.-4 p.m.

The Community Concert Hall is a not-for-profit, multi-use performance venue located on the campus of Fort Lewis College. Its ability to bring a diverse spectrum of shows to Southwest Colorado is made possible through a partnership with the college, a state-supported, independent institution of higher education, and through financial and in-kind contributions from generous members of the community.
