The Open Shutter Gallery presents an exhibit titled “Iranian Impressions”

The Open Shutter Gallery, 735 Main Ave. Durango will present an exhibit titled “Iranian Impressions” by Maryam Amouzegar and Raheleh Zomorodinia. The exhibit will feature images inspired by the environment, and documentary images of women in Iran.

Maryam Amouzegar and Raheleh Zomorodinia, who will be attending the opening reception, are visiting the United States on a six month visa.  Saturday, January 23, Raheleh Zomorodinia will be giving a free lecture at the Open Shutter Gallery, and participating in a question and answer session from 5PM – 7PM.  The two artists will be sharing their impressions of the United States and their experience in Iran.
