Christina Rinerle and Chris Bettin currently lead Durango Land Homes.
Christina was a two-term city councilor and two-term Mayor of Durango. She is also on the board of the La Plata County Economic Development Alliance, the President of the Colorado Municipal League, and the city liaison to the Durango Parks and Recreation Board. Christina’s connections in and knowledge of Durango run deep with a focused interest on the betterment of the community and a legacy of service to her adopted hometown. Christina’s background in residential and commercial real estate and development, coupled with her intimate knowledge of the elements at work in this amazing community make her one of the most sought after brokers in the area. Chris is the former managing broker of the real estate arm of Durango Mountain Resort (Purgatory), and is a specialist in marketing, resort property, second home ownership and vacation rentals. Chris finished a six year term on the SASO executive board as the financial officer. Chris also served on the board of the Durango Area Association of Realtors and was recently elected to the office of President of the Colorado Real Estate Network (CREN), the MLS system for much of the western slope of Colorado. Chris finished serving an elected four-year term as a Durango City Councilor in April of 2021. Chris was also a board member of the Durango Chamber of Commerce and was the city’s liaison to the Durango Parks and Recreation Board. See Chris’s full profile here.
