Durango Community Acupuncture, a gathering place for everyone’s health and wellness, is now open!

 

Durango Community Acupuncture opened its doors on September 1^st.  The creation of this clinic came out of a community need for accessible Oriental medicine. The three practitioners of the clinic,Tyler VanGemert LAc, Julie Gwyther LAc, and Carla Marie Toth LAc, bring their passion and skills together to broaden the audience of who can use Oriental medicine for all their healthcare needs and complete wellness.

Services offered include acupuncture, Asian bodywork, dietary therapy and Chinese herbs.  The clinic provides private treatments and community or group treatments where up to four patients receive care in an open space setting.  Durango Community Acupuncture is committed to providing services for the community without financial barriers by offering a sliding scale.  In addition to exceptional quality of care, the clinic offers community education by sponsoring wellness classes, lectures and workshops. 

The clinic is located at 128 West 14th Street, Suite A2, in Durango, CO (on the north side of the Discovery Museum, on the River Trail, near the suspension footbridge).  Services are provided Monday through Saturday by appointment.
