Local Builder Awarded Top 20 Designers and Builders Under the Age of 40

 

DURANGO, CO July, 2009 – A recent article in Mountain Living Magazine named Kogan Builders, Inc one of the top twenty designers, architects and builders in the west under the age of forty.  

The July issue of Mountain Living Magazine showcases the ‘future of high county design’ by highlighting various architects, designers and builders under the age of forty. These young professionals are said to have a “fresh perspective that is changing the way we live.” Alix Kogan is recognized for his budget-oriented design process. While Kogan’s projects are diverse in style, Alix believes that “creating a great design is about making the most of the budget, whether it’s $25,000 or several million dollars.”
