Durango, CO – Summer is just around the corner and Durango Mountain Resort is hiring for the warm weather season. If spending the summer while enjoying the great outdoors and having fun while working, then Durango Mountain Resort is the place for you! Full-time and part-time positions are currently available in departments including food and beverage, lodging, mountain operations, retail and the Durango Mountain Club.

Summer employees at Durango Mountain Resort receive free summer passes with access to 50 miles of hiking and biking trails, Alpine Slide rides, miniature golf, mountain bike uplift and more. Other benefits include friendship passes, discounts on mountain restaurants and retail outlets and more.

Most positions are seasonal, which begin end of May through end of September and may require holiday shifts. There are also a few year-round positions open. Durango Mountain Resort opens for summer activities during Memorial Day weekend, May 26-28, and is hosting the finish line for the fourth annual Quarter Horse to Purgatory, part of the Iron Horse Bicycle Classic. The resort will open on a daily basis for summer activities starting June 2, 2012.
