9:00 a.m. – EXECUTIVE SESSION – Pursuant to Colorado Revised Statute § 24-6-402 (4) upon the affirmative vote of two-thirds of the quorum present the La Plata County Board of County Commissioners will hold an executive session to discuss the following matters:
a) Determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations; developing strategy for negotiations; and instructing negotiators pursuant to Colo. Rev. Stat. § 24-6-402(4)(e). Purpose: La Plata County – City of Durango IGA for improvements to CR 233 related to Oaks Subdivision.
