City Offices to be Closed Monday

Durango, CO –   City administrative offices will be closed on Monday, January 18th
in observance of Martin Luther King Jr. Day.  The following is the schedule:

*   City administrative offices will be closed (including offices at City Hall,
River City Hall, Police Station and Substation, Transit Center, Recreation Center,
and Greenmount Cemetery)
*   Durango Public Library will be closed.
*   Transit
    *   There will be limited  bus service
    *   Two city-wide buses will run from 6:48am until 6:50pm.
    *   Evening bus will run from 6:52 pm until 10:52pm.
    *   Trolleys will run normal hours from 7:00am until 7:00pm.
    *   Mercy will run its Saturday service
*   Parks and Recreation
    *   The Recreation Center will be open 5:30 a.m. – 9:00 p.m.
    *   Chapman Hill Ice Rink will be open regular hours
    *   Chapman Ski Hill will open early at 2 p.m.
    *   Mason Center will be open regular hours.

*   Residential and commercial trash and recycling pick-up will occur on the normal
schedule.
*   There will be FREE parking at the meters in the downtown area on Monday.
