City Parks Fertilization and Weed Abatement

Durango, CO – The City of Durango has contracted with Scott’s K-Lawn for spring turf fertilization and broad leaf weed abatement. The fertilizer is “Pro-Lawn Liquid” and the weed control is “Vessel broad-leaf”.  This spraying is conducted to improve the quality of the City’s park system.

Tuesday October 6, 2009 spraying will be done for the following Park:

• Recreation Center

Thursday October 8, 2009 spraying will be done for the following Park:

• Riverview Complex – all

These areas will be flagged until the application has been watered in.  For additional information, contact the Parks and Recreation, Park Maintenance Division at 375-7380.
