County Office Hours Established for 2012

Durango, CO – All offices of the County shall be open to the public for the transaction of business between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, except as noted below:

The Clerk and Recorder’s Office, located at the Bayfield Town Hall 1199 Hwy 160B in Bayfield, Colorado, shall be open to the public for business from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Clerk and Recorder’s Motor Vehicle Unit, located at 98 Everett Street, Suite A, Durango, Colorado, shall be open to the public for business from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.

The Clerk and Recorder’s Document Recording Unit, located at 98 Everett Street, Suite C, Durango, Colorado, shall be open to the public for business from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Treasurer’s Office, located at 1060 Main Avenue, Suite 103, shall be open to the public for business from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Veteran’s Service Office, located at 1970 E. 3rd Avenue, Suite 102, Durango, Colorado, shall be open to the public for business from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The Sheriff’s Office, located at 742 Turner Drive, Durango, Colorado, shall be open to the public for business from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

The above designations did not change from hours set in 2011, except for the Planning Department, which will now be open to the public between 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
