Durango Police Declare an Accident Alert

 

Durango, CO –   Due to the heavy amount of snow falling and the number of non-injury accidents being reported, the Durango Police Department has declared an accident alert for reporting all traffic accidents.  If the accident involves only minor vehicle damage with no injuries, drivers are asked to exchange contact information including registration and insurance, and then file a report at the Durango Police Department (990 E. 2^nd Avenue) during normal work hours, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Durango Police will continue to respond to all injury accidents, accidents involving drug or alcohol, or road blockages.  To report an emergency, please call 911.
