FLC Center for Civic Engagement holding forums to discuss Occupy Wall Street movement

DURANGO (20 October 2011) – The Fort Lewis College Center for Civic Engagement is holding two forums to help explain and facilitate a discussion around the recent Occupy Wall Street movement that has spread across the country and the globe.

The forums will be held on Wednesday, October 26 and the following Wednesday, November 2, 2011. Both forums will take place in the Student Union Vallecito Room from 3:30 – 5 p.m. The forums are free and open to the public.

The format will be a 45 minute presentation aimed at educating those in attendance about the Occupy movements followed by 45 minutes of open discussion.
