Florida Road to be Closed for Tree Trimming
Durango, CO: Florida Road will be closed at the intersection of Holly Avenue and Florida Road on November 8 and 9 to allow City crews to remove seven large cottonwood trees that are posing an extreme safety hazard. The following is a schedule of the closures and detours:
November 8, 2011 – 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Florida Road will be closed at Holly Avenue. Traffic will be detoured to 32nd Street.
November 9, 2011 – 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Florida Road will be partially closed at Holly Avenue, with one lane open for traffic in both directions.
