Fort Lewis College and Durango High School partner to present the Durango Indian Market

 

DURANGO – Fort Lewis College and Durango High School are teaming up to present the 1^st Annual Durango Indian Market on Saturday, December 12, 2009, at Durango High School from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

 

Artists from across the Four Corners will offer their arts and crafts for sale. The community is invited to stop by and support these artists by buying directly from them.

 

The Durango Indian Market will also serve as a fundraiser for Wanbli Ota, FLC’s student organization tasked with overseeing Native American cultural events, such as Hozhoni Days and the Miss Hozhoni Pageant; and the Durango High School Native American Club.
