Fun, food, and a great view of the fireworks planned for FLC alumni at 4th at the Fort

Durango, CO – Durango’s Fourth of July fireworks celebration is among the best shows of the year, and the campus of Fort Lewis College is one of the best places to watch it. For 2013, the Fort Lewis College Alumni Association is introducing the 4th at the Fort Alumni Gathering. The event offers FLC alumni food, fun and the aforementioned great seats for the fireworks show.

4th at the Fort takes place on the FLC Chapel lawn on Rim Drive at 6 p.m. All alumni and their families are invited. Brats, hotdogs and drinks, including beer from Ska Brewing, are available for $1 each. There will also be music, games and prizes, as well as a campus bike tour beginning at 7:45 p.m.
