High Noon Rotary To Celebrate a Year of Giving

Durango, CO – For each of the Forty years that Durango High Noon Rotary has been in Durango, the club member have raised funds for many community project and organizations.

In addition many members volunteer their time and efforts to help our community. 2012 is no exception. During the Rotary year 2011-2012 (July 1 to July 1) Durango High Noon Rotary has granted $10,000.00 to eight different organizations, $11,000.oo t high school and continuing
scholarships and has designated a three year accumulation of funds to a capital project for the community.

Funding for these efforts has been accomplished
through several annual fund raiser such as the High Noon Saloon, The High noon Rotary/United Way Golf Tournament and the multi club Red Ball express.

On June 14, 2012 the club is holding a special meeting to acknowledge this year recipients. The meeting wiil be from 11:45 am until 1:00pm in the ballroom of the Doubletree Hotel in Durango.
