–Beef and Beer Chili – try this one with Ska’s True Blonde Ale or Carver’s Lightner Creek Lager.
–Macaroni and Cheese – ADD garlic. When is adding garlic a bad thing? This one doesn’t take too long, so, make it on your lunch break and turn it on low (2-3 hrs instead of 60-90 minutes on high).
*Both of these recipes pair nicely with a simple mixed green salad and a hunk of bread.
Recipes That Require Prep:
If you will be having guests one night, or if you just have a little extra time this week, give these recipes a try. They take a little more time, but are well worth the wait.
–Cheesy Stuffed Pumpkin with Pork Loin Stuffed with Fuji Apples
-Mulligatawny Soup- A New Favorite- Puree all of the ingredients except for the chicken, cashews, and cilantro leaves. Serve pureed soup over Basmati Rice and Chicken, add cashews and cilantro on top. Needs nothing else!
Bread, A Perfect Pairing for Any Dish:
