The City’s New Multi Modal Master Plan Kicks off with Neighborhood Meetings

 

Durango, CO – The City of Durango will begin the public process for the Multi Modal Master Plan with seven neighborhood meetings. At these meetings we will discuss the bicycle, pedestrian, and transit networks while focusing on issues related to the neighborhoods. We are looking for input on ways to improve the multi-modal transportation system to create a more complete, connected, safer transportation network for everyone. If you cannot make the meeting scheduled for your neighborhood, feel free to attend any of the sessions. All meetings will take place in the Transit Center conference room at 250 8th Street.

Listed by neighborhood, the scheduled meetings are:

  • Three Springs – Mercy: Wednesday, October 14 – 5:00-6:30 p.m.
  • South Durango: Thursday, October 15 – 5:00-6:30 p.m.
  • Downtown: Monday, October 19 – 5:00-6:30 p.m.
  • Crestview, North Durango: Tuesday, October 20 – 5:00-6:30 p.m.
  • Hillcrest, Sky Ridge: Wednesday, October 21 – 5:00-6:30 p.m.
  • Animas City, Riverview: Thursday, October 22 – 5:00-6:30 p.m.
  • 160 West: Monday, October 26 – 5:00-6:30 p.m.
