Construction on a two-year project to extend the Animas River Trail north to Oxbow Park and Preserve is expected to begin this spring. The project also includes a new footbridge over the Animas, a pedestrian overpass across 32nd Street, and a new sidewalk for the neighborhood north of 37th Street.
