If you ever needed an excuse to explore Colorado’s state parks system, you have one now. Colorado’s public libraries and the Colorado Division of Parks and Wildlife have teamed up to offer passes through a check-out program that includes an activity backpack with binoculars, educational materials, and information about state parks. Each public library in the state has two backpacks and park passes to check out for a week at a time.
