Durango’s Clean Commute Week:

June 16th – June 22nd, 2012

Durango, CO –  Clean Commute Week is an effort by the City of Durango to encourage citizens to get out of their single occupancy vehicle and try a transportation mode shift by promoting public transportation, carpooling, walking, and bicycling. Our goal is to encourage the use of alternative modes of transportation to benefit people’s health, the health of our community and the environment. We hope that through our events, people will learn that commuting cleanly can be easy, cost effective, and fun.

All week: Ride Durango Transit for free Monday – Friday during Clean Commute Week and be entered to win tons of great prizes! Just fill out the cards located on each bus with your name and email address or phone number and we will draw winners each day. The more you ride, the better your chances to win!
