H1N1 Vaccination Community Clinic November 21

 

San Juan Basin Health is holding a community H1N1 clinic on Saturday, November 21 from 4:30 to 7 p.m. at the La Plata County Fairgrounds. The new eligible age group is children 14 years old and younger. Individuals up to age 64 with chronic health conditions, pregnant women, and parents, siblings or daycare providers of babies under six months old can also still receive the H1N1 vaccine at this clinic.
