H1N1 Vaccination In-School Clinics Begin This Week Community Clinic Saturday, November 14

San Juan Basin Health Department is collaborating with La Plata County
School Districts to provide in-school vaccination clinics beginning November
12 and continuing through November 20.  Please contact your school or see
our website www.sjbhd.org <http://www.sjbhd.org/>  for a school schedule.

 
There will be a community H1N1 clinic on Saturday, November 14 from 10 to 2
p.m. at the La Plata County Fairgrounds Extension Building. Children ages 9
and under are eligible to receive vaccine at this clinic along with
individuals up to age 64 with chronic health conditions; pregnant women; and
parents, siblings or daycare providers of babies under six months old.
