Health of Our Community Discussion

Community members are invited to a discussion about the Health of Our Community on Wednesday, April 4th from 9 to11:30 a.m. at Durango Parks and Recreation Center. The meeting is to discuss existing community health resources and gaps and prioritize community health issues.

This information will be incorporated into a community health assessment sponsored by San Juan Basin Health Department, Mercy Regional Medical Center, and Pagosa Springs Medical Center. The assessment will form the basis for developing a public health improvement plan for our community.
