Selecting Key Health Concerns in our Community

Durango – San Juan Basin Health invites community members to the next step in creating a Public Health Improvement Plan for Archuleta and La Plata Counties by participating in a summit on Thursday, December 6th.

There will a presentation of results from the recently completed Community Health Priorities survey. Individuals will then have the opportunity to help select one to two key health concerns for the two counties.

Decisions from this meeting will be incorporated into a Public Health Improvement Plan which will be completed in 2013. These meetings will take place from 8:30 to 10:30 a.m. at the Durango Recreation Center and 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Springs Resort in Pagosa Springs.
