Seasons Rotisserie & Grill announces Floor Managers
Alexa Andrews and Erin Pozzi now in place to enhance customer experience
DURANGO, Colo. – Alexa “Lexi” Andrews and Erin Pozzi have been named Floor Managers at Seasons Rotisserie & Grill, responsible for ensuring quality customer experience at the restaurant annually named by Open Table as “Diners’ Choice Winner.”
“We want to make sure everyone has a great experience at Seasons,” said Pozzi, who joined the Seasons team in mid-March 2014. “That’s our whole focus – ensuring the satisfaction of our patrons.”
Pozzi has enjoyed nearly 20 years in the restaurant industry. Originally from Texas, her background also includes marketing and retail for Tommy Hilfiger. She joined the Seasons team following six years with Ken & Sue’s in Durango.
A Durango native, Andrews came to Seasons in January 2014. Always passionate about the restaurant business, she explored both the front and back of the house at restaurants in the area – starting at age 13 washing dishes.
“Culinary was a passion of mine for a while,” said Andrews, who also is an experienced bartender, “but I prefer the social aspect of being in the front of the house and greeting and meeting people.”
“Having Erin and Lexi on the floor, maintaining quality control, is fantastic,” said Karen Barger, Seasons owner/general manager. “We set the bar high for our food and service at Seasons, and Erin and Lexi are there to ensure it.”
Seasons Rotisserie & Grill, 764 Main Ave., Historic Downtown Durango (970.382.9790), offers fresh, seasonal cuisine in a casually elegant atmosphere. Dinner served daily from 5:30 p.m., with the bar opening at 4 p.m. for cocktails and appetizers. Lunch served Monday-Friday, 11:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
