Indoor Cycling Instructor Course Offered

 

Durango, CO – Lemond certified indoor cycling instructor, Cindy Dahlberg, will offer an indoor group cycling certification class on Sunday, January 17 at 9:30 a.m. at the Durango Community Recreation Center.  The class is available, free of charge, to any individual interested in teaching indoor cycling classes at the Durango Community Recreation Center.

 

The certification course teaches the fundamentals of indoor cycling by focusing on the design of a safe and effective indoor group cycling class.  The class addresses health concerns associated with cardio-respiratory training, proper bike fit, technique, and muscular efficiency.

 

Individuals, who satisfactorily complete the course, will be eligible to teach group cycling classes at the Durango Community Recreation Center.  For more information, please contact Ann Cramer and (970) 375-7313.
