It’s a powder day at Purgatory, where as of 5 am, Mother Nature has graced the slopes with 5 inches of fluffy whiteness, and it’s snowing heavily! A winter storm warning remains in effect through midnight tonight, and snow is in the forecast all week.
TODAY IS TELE TUESDAY!
Perfect your technique in Purgatory’s telemark clinics for skiers of all levels, from beginner to “cheat death.” Creatively explore various aspects of modern Telemark skiing, inspired by the latest innovations in equipment and technique. Classes are $30 per person, or $70 with lift ticket. Meet slope-side of the big trail map in the base area at 9:45 am. Groups will load the chairlift promptly at 10 am.
