What’s New At Purgatory
Besides a whole lot’a snow, Durango Mountain Resort is offering up many more reasons to ski Purgatory. Snow accumulations from the last big dump gave Purgatory over 5 new feet of powder and more snow is coming. That’s good news for skiers everywhere. Even better news, Purgatory will be open for extended weekends March 27 through the end of April, weather permitting. That means more ski days for locals. In fact, Purgatory is even increasing its number of Local’s Days (save on 2/7, 3/7), College Days (save on 2/21, 3/21), and has added a “Friday Afternoon Club,” FAC features discounted full and half day lift ticket and meal packages and of course great drink specials (save on 2/5,2/19,3/5,3/26).
Shuttle services are available from the Transit Center in Downtown Durango. The shuttle serves locals, guests lodging in town, and students (give the chauffeur a break!).
