Get into the spirit of the season with the Festival of Trees & Wreaths, a free and family friendly holiday tradition! Event-goers will tour an enchanted forest of Christmas trees and wreaths decorated by our generous sponsors, bid on the creative gifts and festive decorations, and vote for their favorite creations – all while supporting Community Connections’ mission to help people with disabilities lead healthy and fulfilling lives in Southwest Colorado. There are three ways to participate this year:

22nd Annual Festival of Trees: View a dazzling display of trees and wreaths in person at the Durango & Silverton Narrow Gauge Railroad Museum from December 5 – 7, from noon to 5 pm.

6th Annual Festival of Wreaths: Businesses in downtown Cortez and other Montezuma County communities will be lit up with beautifully decorated wreaths from November 28 – December 7. This year we are also offering a fun scavenger hunt with the opportunity to win prizes!

Virtual Event: View more than 60 auction items, watch stories from clients, families, staff and sponsors, and bid on wreaths, tree decorations and presents all from the comfort of your own home! Starting November 24, community members can browse these items. The auction will go live for bidding from November 28 – December 7.
