Marye Jackson has been gardening since she was a child in the 1930s. It’s her passion, and so are community gardens. She helped start a number of community gardens in the area, and now, her fans will celebrate her contributions at a 90th birthday party at Ohana Kuleana Community Garden on Sunday, Aug. 19.
