SoulCollage will hold Body Invocations on April 8, 2012

April 8th will be the next SoulCollage, Durango Arts Center from 12-430. Please come to the back door, north parking lot. The optional activity will be a body movement excercise called Body Invocations: Imagination in Motion, by Mariabruna Sirabella, one of my mentors.

She describes her work with this piece as:

Invite Joy into your life ~ Listen to the wise language of your body Live, pray and celebrate with your entire being
Move freely along the revolving building blocks of existence

BodΨnvocations© is a program of 16 guided visualizations in motion, inspired by the Four Elements and by the universal cycles of being. They are accessible to everyone. Each speaks of our human experience and pulses with the heart of Nature, encouraging us to deep self-listening and to live the holy dance of life with more joy.

We will move from this into making cards. Please RSVP if you are coming so I know at least two beautiful souls will be there. I will send a notice to all if it will be canceled due to lack of participation two days before the 8th.

This is a great way to bring in the new season, spend an afternoon getting to know yourself.
